Last updated: 28 October 2026
This notice explains the personal data processed when you visit zenvikstudio.pl or contact Zenvik Studio by email.
Who is responsible
The controller is Dariusz Michalski, operating as CurlyBracket Dariusz Michalski, ul. Jedności Narodowej 220/2, 50-302 Wrocław, Poland. For privacy enquiries, write to contact@zenvikstudio.pl.
Visiting the website
The web server processes technical connection data, including IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser information and referring page where supplied. This is used to deliver the website, investigate errors and protect the service. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Nginx access and error logs are rotated daily, with up to 14 rotated log files retained. Relevant records may be kept longer if needed to investigate a specific security incident or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Email correspondence
If you email us, we process your email address, any name you provide and the contents of your message to respond and manage the conversation. Providing these details is voluntary, but an address and a description of your enquiry are needed for a reply.
Processing is based on legitimate interests in responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps requested before entering into a contract where applicable (Article 6(1)(b)). Legal obligations may require some records to be retained under Article 6(1)(c).
Correspondence is kept for the period needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship. Where relevant, records are then retained for applicable statutory record-keeping periods or the period needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Unneeded correspondence is deleted.
Cookies and external services
This website does not set cookies or use analytics, advertising trackers, visitor accounts, browser storage or profiling. Fonts and scripts are served from this website. The topic selector only updates an email link in your browser and does not submit information to the server.
An email link opens your chosen mail application. Your email provider’s own terms and privacy practices apply to that application.
Access to data
Data is handled by the controller and, where necessary, authorised infrastructure or technical service providers involved in operating the website and email. It may also be disclosed to public authorities when legally required. It is not sold or used for advertising.
No external analytics, embedded media or external font services receive visitor data through this site. Any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area must meet the requirements of Chapter V GDPR.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact contact@zenvikstudio.pl to exercise a right.
You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or another competent supervisory authority. See uodo.gov.pl for information. No automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects are made using website or enquiry data.
